For three years, I collected footage of my friend and artist Melissa Termini. This short documentary serves as the pilot for The Artist Vision, a series exploring the lives, perspectives, and creative journeys of artists.
Often, we look far beyond our own worlds in search of the artists who inspire us in music, film, fine art, and beyond. But I believe there is something equally valuable in looking closer, toward our peers, our friends, and the people whose lives unfold alongside our own.
We don’t always need to look far to find a story worth telling. Sometimes, the most compelling ones are right in front of us, waiting to be seen.
I strongly believe that every artist has a story worth telling. This is one of them.
