“Someday, Somewhere” plunges viewers into a tense sci-fi drama set in a shadowy dystopia where Onexians, aliens hidden among humans, are relentlessly hunted by the ruthless ART (Alien Round Up Team). The story centers on Jim, a weary middle-aged Onexian, and his frail mother, Ma, as they race through the bleak New England landscape, always a step ahead of the relentless ART agent Benny Had-Stacks, infamous for his violent raids. When their coolant (antifreeze) supply runs dry, hope becomes their only fuel as they press on, desperate to find others of their kind. A tense encounter at a convenience store with the imposing Officer Benny shatters their fragile safety. In a frantic escape, Jim drops a handkerchief stained with Onexian mucus, sealing their fate. Benny tracks them to a secluded cabin, determined to capture them at any cost. Jim tries to outwit Benny, but the agent’s resolve is unbreakable. In a final, desperate act, Ma uses her alien mucus to send Benny into a frenzy. He claws at his face, but the substance leaves him unharmed, shaking his certainty. As Jim and Ma vanish into the unknown, Benny is left haunted, questioning the very mission that once defined him.
