Butterfly

María, a young woman whose fragile skin shapes every aspect of her life, lives on the sixth floor of a Mexico City apartment building under the constant care of her mother, Teresa. As the apartment window becomes María’s only connection to the outside world, Teresa’s protective love begins to blur into a dependency that slowly suffocates them both.
