A Thousand Clicks From Home is a gunfire of 1000 snapshots edited on a sixteen minute collage track by Solex.
The photos were made by Robert Lagendijk, while being on tour as a drummer with Solex from 1998 to 2001. He documented everything in a snapshot style on a handy 3×4 camera. It was his way of making notes.
Now they illustrate the life of a touring band on pre-social media during the turn of the century.
