‘Welcome Inn’ takes place in a Bed and Bar lounge, where we are met by Amanda, the owner. Her normal life of serving and checking in vibrant guests suddenly changes when a pandemic known as The Great Gray comes and drains those guests of their color. Amanda faces the decision to change her normal routine and help those affected, or neglect them and continue as usual. With the help of her newfound friend, Frank, she discovers a way to regain those guests of their color. However, that is just the start of what changes come next.
