On a film set that’s spinning out of control, a young director has lied to nearly his entire crew to get them on board, telling them it’s a job for a TV network. Between crew members ready to snap, friends causing constant chaos, and an actor as insufferable as he is fed up, the set collapses scene by scene, take by take, for reasons that keep getting more ridiculous. Fed up, the crew finally walks. Left alone with his shattered illusions, the director decides to start over on his own terms: no producer, no budget, just a handful of clever ideas and his friends, whom he turns into actors on the spot for one last-ditch bluff.
