The Sea Below follows Aria, a woman trapped in an abstract, shifting space where she confronts a disembodied voice that mirrors her own inner turmoil. As the space around her begins to fracture and memories intrude, Aria is forced to face the persona she built to survive and the silenced inner self she left behind. As memory and sensory echoes collide, her carefully constructed armor begins to crack, revealing a desperate longing to be seen and loved without performance. Drawing on the myth of Icarus, the film explores ambition, survival, and the cost of burning too brightly in pursuit of belonging.
