This project began with an intention to create a 2D animation exploring the theme of anxiety. My initial idea focused on representing anxiety through different organs, reflecting my personal emotional state. However, I realized that this approach was limited to expressing tension rather than offering a sense of resolution.
I then shifted the focus of the project toward healing. I wanted to create an animation that could not only help me process my own emotions but also resonate with others who experience anxiety. This led to the development of a second concept, using natural landscapes as the core visual elements.
Inspired by my travel experiences, I found that being in nature often brought me a sense of calm and relaxation. In this project, I collected and reinterpreted places I have visited, transforming them into animated scenes. Through these environments, I aim to visualize my inner emotions and create a gentle, healing atmosphere.
