Modena Balsamic Genius is a living alchemy, where the fluid gestures of performative dance embody its experimental essence, and the creative art of cuisine becomes a tapestry of knowledge and flavor.

Conceived by director Carlo Guttadauro and produced by ANAM CARA COMUNICAZIONE and creative presence of Thomas Guttadauro, and powered by the Consortium of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, the project unfolds as a tribute to Modena — a city that, as Federico Desimoni reminds us, is not simply a geographical space, but a place of spirit, memory, and identity. A dance born from the energy of nature, from the pulse of its people, from the resonance of its culture.

Within this landscape, the rhythm of dance transforms into a universal journey. Guided by the presence of great dancer Arianna Kob, from Ater Balletto, the first coreografic center in Italy, the voyage traces an itinerary through the ancient vinegar lofts, the Accademia Atestina with its statues of moving grace, the hidden language of the body, and the sublime ecstasy of balsamic vinegar as it performs its own choreography upon the plate.

The text, crafted by Federico Desimoni, is given voice by Maestro Marco Mete, whose artistry has carried the italian voices of Bruce Willis, Robin Williams, Kevin Bacon and many more to audiences around the world.

Directed by Carlo Guttadauro (Italy)
