A Lamb Drowning, directed by Lisa Laudieri and written by Nicolai Leimer, examines the witch trial as a psychological and social construct, told through the fractured perspective of Isobel Chatox (Lydia Westhoff). The film abandons the question juridical innocence, instead dissecting the social and emotional proccess that isolates and dismantles a woman caught in the eye of collective paranoia.
