After being savagely beaten by two young punks, a homeless man named Joe discovers one of them dropped his wallet during the attack. Using the address inside, Joe tracks them to their home and secretly hides within their walls, watching their every move. As the days pass, tension builds and revenge brews in the shadows — until Joe finally strikes back, uttering the chilling words, “All I wanted was change.” But when he returns to the streets, new punks taunt him, hinting that the cycle of cruelty — and horror — will never end.
