In Megacity like Beijing China, so many people are enduring the cult of urbanization nowadays, that people have gradually forgot the time when distance was once short. Some people gave in to the cruel brutality of unuttered silence. However, some don’t settle in.They keep voicing their sounds. They expressed their demands by calling 12345 to participate in urban governance. Through 12345 citizen service hotline , I’ve learned thier voices *are* heard—every hour, every minute, every second.
