After living in the United States, college student Amy was confused about whether to give up expressing her passion for Chinese folk songs and dances. The voices of doubt around her made her heart waver. After hearing the ancient poem “Quiet Night Thoughts”, her sense of belonging was awakened. She understands that Culture will not disappear due to distance, and identity will not be shaken by doubts. Even without applause, she still chose to express the art form that she was passionate about and sing the songs in her heart.
