2025 Annual Awards: Michael Raymond-James Announced as First Confirmed Guest Speaker for Q&A Panel

Michael Raymond-James has been confirmed as guest speaker for the Q&A panel at the Indie Short Fest 2025 Annual Awards. Mark your calendars for March 15, 2025, as we gather at Regal LA Live in downtown Los Angeles to celebrate the best in independent short-form storytelling.

Known for his standout roles in HBO’s True Blood, Once Upon a Time, and FX series Terriers. Michael Raymond-James has also been taking roles in several films such as Jack Reacher alongside Tom Cruise, The Salvation, and The Finest Hours.

In addition to his remarkable acting career, Michael Raymond-James is now making waves as a filmmaker and has been nominated by Indie Short Fest for Best First Time Male Director of the Year for his directorial debut, The Missing Peace.

The film has its California premiere before the Q&A in Block 8, Cinema #13, starting at 4.10 PM.

The Q&A is set for 4.55 PM at Cinema #14. A great opportunity to audience engage with industry professionals and gain insight into storytelling, acting, and independent filmmaking.
