Award Winners of January 2025

Indie Short Fest is proud to announce the award winners of January 2025.

These projects were shortlisted from a pool of submissions from 20 countries with total runtime of 43:36:35, plus the short scripts, and the following breakdowns:

Official Selection: 39,3%

Nominations: 28,9%

Award Winners: 14,2% (including Outstanding Achievement Awards and Honorable Mentions).

All of nominated and award-winning projects of this monthly round are now in the pool from which it will be chosen the nominees for the 2025 Annual Awards.

Annual Awards

The shortlist for the annual awards is based on the group of submissions of 12 monthly qualifying seasons from the annual cycle September 2024-August 2025. All annual nominees will be screened during the 2025/2026 Annual Awards event, which will take place in Spring 2026 at Regal LA Live in Los Angeles.

This is the 5th monthly qualifying season (out of 12) of the current annual cycle.
