A young woman named Alexa signs up for a program that enables her to experience a new life, the way she always wanted to, but this comes with a price: life in isolation.
While it seems she has figured out ways to cope with her solitude, and apparently having the time of her life while at it, once the experience is lived, the memory of it is gone.
The option Genre INC. presents, is to become a void of life body, existing through an altered image of herself, with no access to what makes her unique: her soul. When Alex comes into her world, she realizes what she was actually missing: human touch.
Unable to cope with the side effects aftermath (including distorted reality and no memories), Alexa’s life inside the house might be part of something bigger.
