Zero Days follows Ethan, a young man struggling with addiction, fresh out of a psychiatric ward, and his emotional journey toward sobriety. After being released from Del Amo Behavioral Health Clinic, Ethan reconnects with his troubled friend Heath, whose dark humor and cynical outlook only partially mask his own struggles. Together, they navigate the complexities of addiction, mental health, and relationships, all while trying to maintain sobriety in a world that seems to pull them back into chaos. From awkward encounters at an ex-girlfriend’s apartment to impromptu AA meetings, Zero Days is a raw and darkly humorous exploration of pain, recovery, and the thin line between relapse and redemption.
