This movie has been made at Midori Ward in the City of Nagoya, where 60 th anniversary of its foundation was commemorated in 2023, under full collaboration with the Ward’s residents and public officials.
The story, about a secret of the birth of Midori Ward involving an unknown man’s existence, consists of action and mystery based on a riot that really happened in the past.
You’ll never imagine that the movie has really been produced by a local government.
The story proceeds with two different timelines: 2023 at present and 1954 in the past. A girl named Kasumi feels strange with her peaceful hometown; Midori Ward.
She came across the truth of a riot in 1954 separating the Town of Amane, which was involved in the dispute over merger with the City of Nagoya and took over by Midori Ward nowadays; existence of a correlated group.
Another side of the truth; existence of a man whom nobody knows. He was really there, and she is wondering why she is so curious about his existence.
