

“Shame on Me” is an exploration of the critical inner voice and where it comes from. The shame projected onto us by others can morph in to the shame we put on ourselves. The film dives into the lasting impact of hurtful comments from the past and present and the resilience needed to overcome them. Follow a personal journey of self-sabotage, self-discovery as the character Estelle learns to release the negative energy of her own inner critical voice, embracing self-love, freedom and empowerment.
