“On the Margins” focuses on an enigmatic recluse (William Christopher Ford) and a former investigative reporter (Marisa Petroro) who have each opted to exist on the fringes of society. Through a traumatic event, they begin to unravel their complicated pasts and contemplate how to balance the scales of justice for those living on the margins.
