An autistic high school senior, fresh from a psychiatric hospital, who spent seven years in special ed, sets out to prove his doctors and teachers wrong by getting into the college of his dreams. As he struggles to get others to believe in him, his “voice inside” strives to build the strength to choose self-confidence over self-doubt. It helps to know that no matter what others may believe, he can always count on his girlfriend to cheer him on. This film is based on a true story.
