The Projector is a short film about the dance between reality and fantasy. It follows Ray and Hayley, two young girls who’s relationship is rekindled when Hayley begins to develop feelings for Ray. Ray, grappling with the scars of an abusive home, finds solace in her daydreams and often imagines a life better than her own. Together, they juggle the impacts of growing up as queer individuals in today’s climate.
