‘How Long Have We Got Left’ finds two twenty-something part-time waitresses/actors filled with anxiety just minutes before their catering shift is about to begin.
However, their prediction of yet another monotonous few hours proves wide of the mark as their desperate attempts to cope with a serious uniform faux pas, a somewhat peculiar chef and a ticking clock, rapidly leads to one of the most bizarre nights of their lives.
