Sleepless

Suzie, a Chinese immigrant girl, is suffering from insomnia. Her Peking Opera fan grandmother, who has recently moved to America due to Broca Aphasia, behaves strangely, and that causing Suzie to become more irritated with her. Suzie silently resists her grandmother’s presence. One night, when Suzie is almost asleep, she is awakened by the sound coming from her grandmother’s room.
