Penghu is sunny year-round. Its grand and beautiful shorelines have been popular among tourists. However, as an offshore island, job opportunities and market needs are much fewer than the mainland. Under these circumstances, disadvantaged families rooted in Penghu remain hopeful. They are supported by Taiwan Fund for Children and Families to succeed economically, and give back to the society. Their perseverance builds a loving virtuous cycle.
