For the last 40 years Gill Foltz has been grafting an apple tree in memory of his late brother Willie. It was Willie’s dream to break the Guinness World Record for grafts on an apple tree. Although Gill has not broken the record over the years Gill has kept alive apples that once grew on North Haven Island. Currently his tree has 115 different types of apples on it.
