Killat

Killat, This is a story of a mother who takes great pride in serving her son-in-law, Damaad Babu, with best hospitality on his first visit to her house. When Damaad Babu asks for an extra bucket of water while bathing, Mother and daughter struggle their way through to find a bucket of water in the village. Her struggles have a sense of levity in depiction, but one can clearly understand the gravity of the situation she is in during her struggles. She tries her best to keep her pride intact in front of her son-in-law and society. Her struggle to find a bucket of water amidst dire scarcity involves a comic and dramatic wrestle with her neighbor.
