In a small village in the Tuscan mountains lives an ancient breed of sheep named after the village of Zeri, the Zerasca. Cinzia Angiolini is one of the very few shepherds of the area.
Cinzia’s way of breeding is not productive: she talks to them, heals them, looks for them, brings them home every night.
La Signora di Zeri in its purely observational form is an insight into a lifestyle made of endeavor and sacrifice, where the profound connection with animals and nature brings back a powerful life meaning.
