A Young boy is set on a path of greatness when he bonds with a strong, otherworldly creature that connects him spiritually to a legendary warrior while a terrorist organisation plans to take over the world.
Our hero, Kagehiko, is a 16-year-old boy with a big heart. Who wants to become a legendary warrior and keep the peace is the next in line to be a protector of the world. He achieves “The Perfect Bond” with a Nezumei. Nezumeis are otherworldly creatures that are trusting and loving to their partner. They are small, cute, nimble and when impressed by a person’s magic potential will become their pet for life and help them battle and stay by their side as they also have big magic potentials. The first warrior to do this being Taadaki Fukanaga who lived in a time of anarchy where the major city’s all were fighting for power. Taadaki hated this and wished for peace. This becoming a possible feat when his power was immensely increased when a Nezumei became his friend without using Orah magic to impress him. These creatures unknown to the world before Taadaki discovered them. After this, he dethroned dictators and put in place a new government to create peace with the discovery of other Nezumei and their captivity and pairings with humans not far behind this. However, a terrorist organisation called The Light Seekers is disturbing this peace, having been around for almost 20 years, destroying people’s livelihood and wanting to rid the world of Dark Orah Magic users. Two of these members are a married couple who lost their son. They are perceived as the real leaders of The Light Seekers when in reality the President of the Continent Glistening in Light is “hiding in plain sight” pulling the strings and devising a plan in which when the graduates from Taadaki Village (Kagehiko & his class) go to Glatigan City to see the victor of the Land Showered in Darkness presidency the Light Seekers attack. Taking over the city. Running Kagehiko’s peers and teachers out starting the beginning of the war. With no hope, Kagehiko tries to find some alone time in which he finds an ancient scripture alluding to the future of the world bringing faith back into them and starting their search for the “Keys to the Ultimate Fate.” Which are orbs of each element that magic users can use. Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Light & Dark. He travels the world seeing amazing sites and meeting new people and defending against The Light Seekers which in-turn makes him stronger and helps him ultimately find out more about himself, his friends, and his place in the universe other than being the second in line to The Perfect Bond lineage.
