A Farm A Feast and a Fate

Kristin Canty never set out to be a restauranteur, but has always been a huge supporter of local farms and supplying healthy food to people. A Farm a Feast and a Fate is the story of Canty’s passion and commitment to local farming. Join Canty as she shares the story of her journey from purchasing the 260 acre Farm at Woods Hill in bucolic Bath, NH to providing guests of her restaurants with an experience that is truly unlike any other. Her restaurants, Woods Hill Table and Woods Hill PIer 4 showcase Canty’s unparalleled dedication to embodying a true farm-to-table experience with grass-fed proteins, raw milk cheeses, and organic produce in dishes that call upon the best nutrient-dense and ecologically viable ingredients.

The Farm at Woods Hill is an organic, sustainable farm that includes: pasture-raised livestock, organic produce and vegetables, homegrown maple syrup, organic grains, foraged mushrooms, eggs, honey and herbs. This is the story that connects the dots of her honest, pure and true food journey from the farm to the plates of her restaurants that are expertly prepared by her chef, Charlie Foster. Every ingredient has a backstory, and Kristin tells those stories in this film.
