Culled and edited with visual distortion and colour casting from rapid transit systems, railway interchanges, road junctions, skyscraping buildings, flickering at speed through timelapse, it’s a dizzyingly urban vision from Manchester’s original exploratory funk fusionistas band ACR “A Certain Ratio” for their song “Yo Yo Gi”. It’s named for a suburb of Tokyo, from whence much of the footage was filmed.
