An apartment leasing office team of contrasting personalities tackles the first world problems of “$30,000 a year millionaires” residing in a luxury Uptown building. In “The 4th of the Month”, the team must collect all rent, despite the refusals of entitled residents, to prove to the new regional manager that their heads deserve to stay off the chopping block.
