What would the world feel like when you are sitting on a wheelchair? Besides difficulty in going from places to places, people with disability often have sexual needs that cannot be satisfied. Unlike non-disabled people, some of them cannot even masturbate with their hands. An NGO called Hand Angel, in Taiwan, aims at providing such a service to people with severe physical impairment. We talked to the first person to receive such a service and a Hand Angel.
