Demonstrations over the death of George Floyd caused raged across the US with protesters in Washington DC & Maryland to find justice. In the beginning protests faced off with police but as the days of protesting continued, they became peaceful. George Floyd, an unarmed black man, died on 25 May after a white Minneapolis police officer knelt on his neck, sparking outrage that has swept across a politically and racially divided nation.  As we look at these protests, we realized police brutality has always been an issue and we come together to face those issues head on and demand change.
