Permanent Resident

Jian and his mother came to Australia to seek a better life. But reality is that only few people will be granted with ‘Permanent Residency’ every year. During the application period, Jian drop out the school and works in a factory because of the financial issues that he and his mother are confronting. Meanwhile, his mother is also heavily undertaking two jobs a week to save more money for her son. Being outsiders in this society have cause them many troubles to be accepted and their destiny is like a leaf in the wind.
