How To Write Stories

Posted by

“How To Write Stories” is a humorous approach at life and its unexpected ‘pencil breakings.’ It is also simply a story of a man who breaks his pencil while writing his novel and somewhat absurdly finds a book on how to sharpen pencils. This is a discovery of how setbacks in life occur and how to approach them, specifically expressed through lessons in how to properly sharpen pencils.

Kevin, the writer, is presented with an immediate and pressing dilemma when he is not able to finish his novel due to a broken pencil. He must find a solution buried in his day-to-day routine in order to close an important chapter in his life.
