Magdalena, Don’t Jump

Posted by

Magdalena wanders in a lonely and violent world to reach a roof where it has thrown 3 times. Yet she is not dead, we don’t know if it is because she doesn’t want to die or “something” saves her, perhaps her permanent search for love, her endless loneliness or the characters that surround her: a cuban migrant his friend, her addicted mother, Fausto her partner and a young “dealer”. It is a story that speaks to us of throwing herself into the void, the escape as the only way out.

Directed by Raúl Niño Juárez (Mexico)
