“Lost in Time” is not just another post-apocalyptic movie. There are no zombies, no nuclear catastrophe, no lethal virus. Instead, the young Lia is trapped in a small community, which is located on a remote hill. The world Lia was used to doesn’t exist anymore. Because she can’t stand the tensions in the community, Lia roams through lonely landscapes and plunders abandoned shops. More and more she notices how her environment is slowly changing. It becomes increasingly difficult for Lia to distinguish between what is real and what only happens in her head – but the idyllic nature is gradually transformed into a nightmarish place for her.
